"And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face. I
will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your
hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up."
It has been the goodness, the love, the tender words of kindness, the prayers. All of these things have taken some of the sting away. Just knowing that there are so many of you out there who care and who have delivered love to the doorstep of a broken heart has helped in the healing. You have edified Melissa and Lawrence. You have edified all of Ethne's loved ones. Taking time out of this busy and crazy world, out of your daily lives to show your love (in so many ways) means so much...more than can be expressed through simple words. The healing has begun, both physically and emotionally. Although one may last months and the other may last a lifetime, you have helped and continue to help. It is that selflessness that reminds us of, and helps us feel, the love our Savior has for us. Thank you for helping Melissa and Lawrence (and all of us) feel and witness that perfect love!
Please know that each and every act of kindness (in all their many forms) are appreciated, noticed, and needed.
Thank you!
"Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another."
Romans 14:19

Wow. I am blown away. I only just heard about Ethne a few minutes ago. I went to the same ward as Melissa and we had them over after she had Ethne and I remember holding her. My world is rocked right now. I'm sitting here sobbing uncontrollably and yet Mel and Lawrence seem so strong and have such a great outlook. Wow. They are so amazing. I can't believe this happened. But I am so happy to hear that they are doing well. I'm so happy that Edward was ok, too.
Much love!!
Thanks again for posting about your lives right now. Your testimony and courage are inspiring. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
